DEPOSITS

Eclektica will be requiring our first-time guests to secure their appointments with a onetime deposit. Deposits will be used on the day of service. 


We will require a Credit Card to be held on file for all our guests to schedule their appointments. Your information is stored securely with our credit card processor, and we do not have access to view your information.


CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

At Eclektica we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable experience for our Guests and Team members. We understand that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointment and therefore cause you to cancel.


As a courtesy and respect to our team and guests, we do require all Cancellations or Rescheduling to be given a 24hrs notice of the already scheduled appointment. There will be a charge of 50% of the total services scheduled, if cancelled less than 24 hours and 100% if the appointment is cancelled or no showed the same day to the credit card on file.

**PLEASE NOTE** When you receive your text/email reminder we ask that you confirm with “YES”. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call the salon to cancel and reschedule for another date.


Late cancellations and missed appointment leave gaps in the stylist’s schedules that cannon be filled without timely notice. This 24-hour courtesy notification enable us to schedule other guests, and in turn, maintains availability of services for you and other salon guests.


Due to the volume and flow of the stylists’ schedules, if you are expecting to be late to your scheduled time, we would appreciate a courtesy call to the salon to let us know you are on your way. If by chance you are more than 15 minutes late arriving, we may ask you to reschedule due to the time constraints of the stylists. We want to make sure we are spending quality time with you to achieve your goals in how you look and feel, and we ask for the same respect for our stylists and our other guest’s time.


We try to be as prompt and efficient with our scheduling as possible, there are times services require more time than expected. We will try to give a courtesy call to clients when stylists are behind schedule, but in some cases, we cannot foresee the issue, due to chemical processes. Please be aware that each guest has different needs and in certain cases they may be running behind. 


INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

There are times when the weather causes the need to cancel appointments. We respect the safety of others and in these cases, we do not require a 24 hour cancellation. Please be aware that the salon will be open if we are able to arrive in a safe and timely matter. If Eclektica needs to close due to inclement weather, we will do our best to inform you through social media and/or the team will contact each client to reschedule to another date as soon as it is possible.

OUR CHEMICAL POLICY

We want you to have healthy and happy hair and this means telling us about your color history: at-home box color, henna, any allergies and medication and previous chemical services. During the consultation, your stylist will set clear expectations for your hair goals. The may involve a series of appointments depending on the listed factors. “We must be made aware of this information prior to your appointment because we care about the integrity of your hair and your satisfaction”


Level System

All of hairstylists are very talented and promise to deliver a great hair experience each time you come in. We offer a multi-level price menu to fit all beauty budgets. The service price is based on the demand that each of our hairstylist has earned on their time.


ASSOCIATE STYLISTS

Certain services such as shampoo, blow out, etc may be performed by an Associate Stylist. Associate stylists have graduated from Cosmetology school. During their program with Eclektica, they learn our brand under the direction of a Senior stylist. When they complete their training, they promote to a Level 1 stylist. In this way, we can ensure that no matter who you choose to see, you will receive the same high level of service.


TEAM BASED SALON

As a team, our stylists work together in an environment of learning and support. If a stylist is fully committed, on vacation, or unavailable, our guest will be offered the opportunity to sit with another stylists to help accommodate their services as needed.

PAYMENT TYPES

Eclektica gladly accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Gratuity is a separate transaction by debit/credit card through a Kiosk that deposits directly to the Stylists personal bank account.

Your Stylist will discuss the cost of your service during your consultation and before he/she begins the service. Payment for services it to be paid in full at the time of service. We appreciate your loyalty and business. We are committed to making you visit an experience every time. Thank you for allowing us to make your day!!


SERVICE WAIVERS

With services requiring a special color or specialty chemical services, during the consultation, your stylist will explain the technical part and require you to sign a waiver that states that you understand and agree to the beauty plan. 


RETURN POLICY

Services – The salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our guests and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon coordinator within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. Eclektica will be happy to make any adjustments within in 1 week of the original service.


Salon Products- Our Stylists strive to choose the best products to help you maintain the health & style of your hair between services. If you find you are unhappy with a product, please return it within 1 week from the date of purchase and we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on products that are used and opened after the 14 days. Our stylists will gladly share their knowledge on how to use any products we offer, and we appreciate your support of our small business!


CHILDREN

We welcome children for their appointments accompanied by an adult. We kindly appreciate that children are not brought to the salon for their safety as well as to minimize distractions for our guests.
