At Eclektica Salon, we use personal communication, advanced education, and artistic teamwork to give our Clients the best salon experience, consultation and results. By focusing on this goal, we maintain an environment where our Clients can find their own ideal balance of internal strength and external beauty.
Who We Are
In October 2006, I opened Eclektica Salon located in the beautiful setting of Briarcliff Village, just 10 minutes from Downtown Kansas City. I was wildly enthusiastic and I didn’t realize then that it was the beginning of an inspiring journey that would change not only my life, but the lives of many others.
Now, in 2020, we are still focusing on enhancing the relationship with our community and creating culture within the Salon, promoting outstanding customer service and advanced education so we can offer you, our Clients, a great technical delivery and an amazing experience. We are partnered with L’Oréal Professionnel to provide the best hair products in the world.

Our Platform System
We have a price level system at Eclektica Salon, and the service price is based on the demand that our stylists have earned on their time here. All of our hairstylists are very talented and promise to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
REFER A FRIEND
We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you could give us. When any new Client comes in for a first appointment and says you referred them, you will receive 20 dollars in Loyalty Points to be used towards your next service once they have visited the salon.
Thank you for understanding that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our reservations are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget a reservation that you made months ago.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a NO SHOW FEE will apply to help offset our Stylists’ personal losses as they are commission-based employees and there is a high demand for their time. As a courtesy, we send you a notification 48 hour in advance for your reservation.
However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your reservation dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed reservations and the NO SHOW FEE. We value your patronage, and our commitment is to provide you with exceptional talent and service. Thank you for being an excellent client!
As a reminder, it's very easy to reschedule or cancel an appointment via email, at email@example.com or by calling 816-587-4159.
Due to scheduling commitments to other Client schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. We will remind you of your appointment 48 hours in advance via telephone, email or text, depending on your preference.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your products, neither are we. Hair products may be exchanged for any other product or for in-store product credit.
We do not give cash back for returns.
All L’Oreal Professionnel and Redken product returns must be made within 7 days of original purchase.
All mechanical item returns (hairdryers, flat irons, etc.) must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.
All hair brush, facial product, and special order sales are final.
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to adjust the service. Color Adjustments are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. The only qualification that we make in providing color adjustments is that you call to schedule the color adjustments within one week of the original service and that the adjustment be scheduled with the same Hairstylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original Stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the Stylist is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the adjustment may be scheduled with another Hairstylist.
TRY ANOTHER IN-HOUSE STYLIST
We realize that you may need to switch to a different Stylist based on a variety of reasons - schedules, prices, or sometimes just to get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house Stylist. All of our stylists are very supportive of one another as we work together as a team. We keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas. All our Stylists have equal access to this information. We can ensure that no matter who you see, you will receive the same high-quality service to which you have grown accustomed.
